Request an opinion
The member submits a request through our insurers’ portal. No referral needed; we take it from there.
Intake call
Our care coordinator contacts the member to understand their condition, gather relevant details, and confirm the right specialist for their needs.
Talk to a specialist
The member has a 20-minute consultation with a qualified local medical specialist: a focused, expert conversation about their specific condition and situation.
Receive a written report
A clear summary report is prepared, including the specialist’s opinion and recommendations, ready to share with the member’s treating doctor.
Follow-up call
An optional follow up discussion with the specialist to clarify any further details in relation to the recommendation or report.
